Today, we would like to introduce you to Alison Soine-Norris, Director of Global Learning and Organizational Development at WEX. Working from our headquarters in South Portland, Ms. Soine-Norris provides other WEXers learning and development opportunities so that they can grow their careers at WEX.
Meet Alison Soine-Norris, Director of Global Learning and Organizational Development at WEX
Ms. Soine-Norris joined WEX in March 2015 after a long career in the Human Resources, Employee Learning and Development, and Recruiting Roles at major companies in the biopharmaceuticals, offshoring, and recruiting industries.
Earning her Bachelor’s Degree from Salem State College and her MBA from Walden University, Ms. Soine-Norris additionally received certifications in Systems Thinking from Harvard, Human Resources Management from Cornell, and Performance Management, Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Colorado State.
