Unfortunately, we cannot process payments from your invoice. Instead, you will need to post the original copy of the sales voucher and merchant summary to us so that we can make the payment to you.
Absolutely. Email a copy of the transaction and till receipts to merchants@wexaustralia.com, along with your merchant number and a brief explanation of what has happened. We’ll then try to process the transaction to your account.
First up, refer to the instruction sheet that came with the terminal to make sure everything is plugged in correctly. Then, follow the prompts to enter your access code (WEX Motorpass Merchant number) and activate the terminal.You’re now ready to set up the products you sell and their prices – we’ll step you through it in the Quick Reference Guide located on the WEX Motorpass merchant portal. Simply log in and head to the section titled WEX Terminal Information to find the guide.
We require a cheque to ensure establishment fees are assigned to the right account.
