Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney are now at the beginning their price cycles this week. Motorists will have some relief with wholesale prices dropping discouraging retailers from increasing prices unlike what we have seen over the last 3-4 weeks. Whether you are in Adelaide, Sydney or Melbourne now is the time to fill up across the country with all states.

Brisbane

Current ULP average: 169.9cpl

Price range over the last week: 149.5cpl – 239.9cpl

With a new peak of ULP prices of 195.9cpl across Brisbane looks like average prices are on their way up now.

Sydney

Current ULP average: 166.3cpl

Price range over the last week:145.6cpl – 219.9cpl

Similar to Brisbane, Sydney’s average ULP prices are starting to increase to 195.9cpl

Melbourne

Current ULP average: 162.9cpl

Price range over the last week: 143.9cpl – 211.5cpl

Melbourne is following closely with the peak price of 195.9cpl – however the increase has been much slower however with recent increases to wholesale prices it’s predicted that this may speed the spread across the major state.

Adelaide

Current ULP average: 153.8cpl

Price range over the last week: 137.9cpl – 220.3cpl

With Adelaide in its early stages of a new price cycle it’s predicted that a handful of retails will be moving to a new peak ULP price of 194.9cpl.

Perth

Current ULP average:160.2cpl

Price range over the last week: 145.7cpl – 199.9cpl

It’s predicted that Perth will be heading back into a weekly cycle again – although prices have up and down over the last 3 weeks we’ve seen significant changes from Wednesday-Tuesday respectively. The good news is now is the time for motorists to fill up!

Slight drop again for Darwin this week.
