New integration embeds Bluon’s advanced technical support and database into the WEX FSM platform, streamlining workflows and enhancing on-site technician productivity

WEX^® today announced the launch of an integration between WEX Field Service Management (FSM) and Bluon, the industry-leading AI support and technical data company for HVAC contractors. This new collaboration embeds Bluon’s robust HVAC equipment intelligence directly into the WEX FSM solution, providing field teams with the critical data and support they need right within their existing workflows. 

Through this seamless integration, WEX FSM users gain streamlined access to Bluon’s brand-agnostic database, which is unique in the HVAC industry. Covering over 260 OEMs and nearly 5,000,000 unique model number families, Bluon provides manuals, schematics, original parts (BOM), part specs, and compatible replacement part options for over 35 million specific model numbers found in the field.

In addition to the database, WEX FSM technicians will have access to MasterMechanic, Bluon’s proprietary AI for tech support. Trained on 150,000 live tech support calls handled by some of the best technicians in the trade, Bluon’s AI provides highly nuanced, technical support for virtually any piece of HVAC equipment. The integration also includes Bluon’s PartsConnect™ feature, enabling technicians to quickly locate and source compatible replacement parts carried by their preferred distributors.
