New enhancements help field service businesses make smarter business decisions, get paid faster, and automate operations
Portland, MAINE – June 29, 2026 – WEX® (NYSE: WEX), a global leader in intelligent payment solutions, today announced WEX Field Service Management (WEX FSM) launched a series of new product enhancements that give contractors and service businesses greater control over their operations. The latest additions include secure mobile payment acceptance, workflow automation, and advanced reporting.

Advanced Reporting for WEX FSM helps make it easier for businesses to gain deeper operational insights and make data-driven decisions. Building on core reporting tools, recently added powerful new features include personalized report hubs and in-depth reports to further simplify how to access, analyze, and share critical business data.

WEX FSM now offers integrated mobile payment acceptance through Clover Go from Fiserv, a global leader in payments and financial technology. The Bluetooth-enabled reader integrates directly with the WEX FSM mobile app, allowing technicians and contractors to securely accept payments on the job site.
