Employee resource groups

At WEX, our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) fuel an engaging and inclusive workplace, directly contributing to our business success. What began as a single group in 2019 has grown into ten communities where connection, professional development, and collaboration flourish. Championed by executive leadership and driven by passionate employee volunteers, ERGs boost employee engagement and help to shape the culture of WEX. Importantly, all WEX employees are welcome and encouraged to join any ERG that resonates with them, regardless of their background or identity.

Asian Alliance

Connects Asian-Pacific employees and allies, fostering cross-cultural understanding and professional growth, enriching WEX’s global perspective and innovation.

Black Growth Council

Advances professional development and leadership through mentorship and skill-building, strengthening WEX’s talent pipeline, driving strategic growth, and talent retention.
