During a recent month, we heard from Ms. Wirth, who believes that focusing on helping teammates and partners grow will ultimately lead to the most successful outcome when working in her role. Ms. Wirth is working to build a mentoring program at WEX, which will ultimately allow her to incorporate what she enjoys most into her career: her relationships with others around her.
