Employee Resource Groups

As part of WEX’s commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, we have taken on the important work of forming and embracing Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). The ERGs serve as touchpoints for communities across WEX with shared interests, cultures, identities and backgrounds.

 

Women@WEX

Women@WEX is committed to empowering women at WEX by connecting, developing, and retaining female talent. Guided by WEX’s overarching commitment to diversity and inclusion, Women@WEX serves as a voice for women in the workplace; facilitates professional development, and fosters supportive and productive ties.



WEXPride

Committed to serving and empowering WEX’s LGBTQ+ community, WEXPride offers LGBTQ+ employees and allies a space to develop and advance their causes throughout WEX and our community.



NexGen

NexGen is a community of early-career professionals at WEX. It connects, develops, and empowers the next generation of leaders through programming that fulfills the desire for personal and professional growth.



Black Growth Council

The Black Growth Council recognizes how the pursuit of excellence intersects with a commitment to diversity within WEX. The BGC seeks to contribute in advancing African American/Black diversity within the WEX community.



WEXVets

WEXVets convenes WEX’s community of veteran professionals to engage, mentor and empower one another through interactions with leaders and social and professional development programming. Additionally, WEXVets aims to assist in WEX’s external talent recruitment strategy and commitment to diversity across the company as a community brand ambassador.



WEXPats

WEXPats supports all ethnically diverse employees regardless of whether they are a newcomer, an expat, an immigrant, or an employee who works with global colleagues and wants to learn more about other cultures. WEXPats’ ultimate goal is to foster a culture of belonging where multicultural employees can feel at home while away from home.



Parents@WEX

Parents@WEX seeks to build a community of new and experienced moms & dads to provide support and resources to working WEX parents as we navigate parenthood.



WEX4All

WEX4All supports WEX employees with disabilities and their allies.
